We were called out to this building downtown to treat rust stains in many different areas across the property. We were also tasked with oil stain treatment/removals and grease stains. most of the rust stains we cleaned came from the hard water from planters, water running through cast iron drainage pipes then over the concrete, as well as from cars in the parking garage. I have two pictures here that showcase some of the work that was completed. Rust removal is not possible with high pressure alone. Specific chemicals are necessary to remove rust from different types of surfaces. Some rust is also more challenging to remove than other types of rust. For example, rust from a car on concrete is harder to remove, and requires a different acid that rust you would get on your homes' siding from sprinkler water.
Unfortunately oil stains can be treated but are hard to 100% remove. At least it's hard to 100% remove immediately. There are methods of oil stain removal that involve cleaning and treatment to allow removal over time. If you have any rust stains or oil stains you would like removed, reach out anytime and we can the removal of these ugly stains from your property!
