This deck had a stain and seal on it that was in pretty good condition still. Cleaning a stained and sealed deck is different than cleaning a wood deck that has not been stained and sealed. Even though it is easier to clean a stained & sealed deck, it’s still important to clean it properly to extend the life of the stain and seal and the deck itself. As you can see in the pictures, we can clean stained and sealed decks properly to extend the life of the stain and seal, while making the deck nice and clean. We use a low pressure cleaning method to clean the deck. This is different than soft washing a house with different cleaning products, but uses similar methods of cleaning.
